  • For certain exclusive or limited-edition items, purchase quantities may be restricted. These limits will be clearly stated on the product page. We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders exceeding these limits without prior notice.
  • Selected items may be offered as Pre-Orders, with estimated shipping timeframes clearly stated on the product page. While we strive to adhere to these estimates, unforeseen delays can occasionally occur. We are committed to keeping you informed of any changes to the expected shipping date.
  • All products advertised are brand new unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • We strive for complete accuracy in our product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, in the event of an error, Direct Coins reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions, including the option to not offer the product for sale. Note that images are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the final product's color or all design nuances.

Orders

  • We are dedicated to providing clear and accurate pricing. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). For international customers, GST will be automatically removed at checkout. While we strive for price stability, adjustments may occasionally be necessary.
  • We aim to process and ship in-stock orders within 2-3 business days. However, please note that stock levels are subject to change, and unforeseen circumstances or logistical delays may occasionally extend this timeframe. Should your order be significantly delayed, we will endeavour to notify you.
  • Pre-Orders: Please check the relevant product page for shipping timeframes. Orders generally ship within the specified timeframe; however, should there be a delay, we will notify you. Any order containing Pre-Order products will ship once all items are in stock.
  • Custom Orders: A 'custom order' is an order placed with Direct Coins that requires a special stock order from our supplier(s) and is not a product we usually stock. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • For change of mind cancellations or orders placed incorrectly by the customer (not due to Direct Coins' fault), a refund fee ranging from 1.6% to 6% will be applied to cover non-refundable transaction processing costs.
  • To protect our community and ensure fair access to our products, Direct Coins reserves the right to request photo identification for any order, to prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • The use of automated ordering software (bots) is strictly prohibited. Any orders placed using such technology will be cancelled, and involved customers will be blocked from future purchases. Orders deemed suspicious or fraudulent will be reported to the Australian Cyber Security Centre
  • Where a product has been listed with an incorrect description, image, or price due to error or oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If cancelled, we will immediately refund the total amount using the original payment method.
  • Title and risk of loss or damage for supplied goods pass to you upon delivery to the registered shipping address and signature by you or an authorized party. A signature is required for all shipments.

Gifts Cards

  • Direct Coins eGift cards can be redeemed exclusively for physical products at www.directcoins.com.au.
  • eGift cards will only be sent to the email address entered in the 'Recipient Email' field. If you (the sender) wish to receive the eGift card, please also enter your email in this field.
  • eGift cards are redeemable for up to three (3) years from the date of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen eGift cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Your unique code must be kept secure at all times. Please contact us immediately if your unique code is compromised.
  • eGift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping & Deliveries

  • For Australian deliveries, Direct Coins partners with Australia Post, ensuring reliable, tracked shipping with Signature on Delivery for your security and peace of mind. Statutory Guarantees, Warranties & Product Returns

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the time of receipt if your product is not as described on our website or damaged while in Direct Coins' possession. This guarantee does not cover change of mind purchases, damage during transit, or damage by others.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • It is at our discretion whether to replace any faulty or damaged products delivered to you. If you wish to return such a product, you must notify us immediately through our contact us page. We take a 'common sense' approach to replacements for damaged products and ask you to work with us.
  • If we are unable to replace or exchange approved returned goods, we will reimburse you using the original payment method for the amount initially debited for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.

Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 ('C&C Act') defines a consumer. Under the C&C Act, as a supplier of goods and/or services to you, you are afforded statutory guarantees. The terms of Schedule 2 of the C&C Act, and those statutory guarantees, are incorporated into these Terms of Service where you are a consumer.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 of the C&C Act and our goods or services are defective, we warrant that we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective goods or any part of them, or provide again or rectify any defective services or part of them, or wholly or partly recompense you.

As a consumer under the C&C Act, you may also be entitled to receive notices from us under Schedule 2 section 103 of the C&C Act. If you are a consumer and the goods or services we provide relate to the repair of consumer goods, we will give you any notice required under Schedule 2 section 103 of the C&C Act.

Limitation of Liability

If you are purchasing our products or services and are not considered a 'consumer' under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (C&C Act), then the following limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law:
