Each year of Sheng Xiao, the Chinese Zodiac, is represented by one of twelve animals. Each creature’s unique characteristics are said to be shared by people born under their sign. 2024 is the Year of the Dragon, the only mythical creature in the Zodiac. People born under the sign of the Dragon are not afraid of challenges and are willing to take risks.

The Chinese calendar also rotates through the elements of earth, fire, water, metal and wood as part of a larger 60-year cycle. In 2024 we honour the Wood Dragon, and people born under this sign are said to be self-assured and wise.
