The design of each coin portrays a representation of a majestic mare alongside her young foal, both depicted with elegant manes in a striking galloping stance. The background includes towering mountains and the lush serenity of grasslands.
Also included in the design is the Chinese character for βHorseβ, the inscription βHORSE 2026β, and The Perth Mintβs βPβ mintmark. The obverse of each coin bears the Dan Thorne effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, as well as the weight, fineness, and the monetary denomination.
