This release marks the first time Pink Floyd, one of the most influential bands in rock history, have been honoured on a UK coin.
Created by artist Henry Gray, the reverse design depicts the iconic prism from The Dark Side of the Moon (1973).
Thi stunning design features innovative colour printing, as the reverse is printed entirely in black save for the rainbow produced by the prism refracting white light .
