[{"title":"What is The Collector's Edge VIP Program? ","content":"

The Collector's Edge VIP Program is a tiered program, meaning your benefits—like rewards point earning and exclusive access—are based on your total spend over a rolling 12-month period. The five tiers range from Bronze up to Platinum Plus.

"},{"title":"Who is eligible for The Collector's Edge VIP Program?","content":"

If you have an existing Direct Coins account, you're automatically enrolled! New customers are warmly invited to join simply by creating a free customer account.

"},{"title":"Why does Direct Coins offer the Collector's Edge VIP Program?","content":"

We built this program with three core goals to genuinely elevate your collecting journey:

Maximize Your Value: We reward your commitment with higher tiered point multipliers, allowing you to earn savings faster than ever before.
Guarantee Fair Access: We provide opportunity for all genuine collectors by implementing a structured access system. Critically, this system helps combat automated bots and mass resellers, and as a reward for loyalty, higher tiers receive earlier access.
Unlock Exclusive Perks: We recognise your loyalty with concrete benefits, including valuable free domestic and international shipping options, and exclusive content via The Collector's Edge.

"},{"title":"How is my VIP status determined and maintained?","content":"

Your VIP status is based on your total spending on collector items over a rolling 12-month period. Your tier is reviewed annually. To keep your current status, your purchases in the preceding 12 months must meet the minimum dollar (AUD) threshold for that tier.

"},{"title":"How can I earn points with The Collector's Edge VIP Program?","content":"

Look out for exciting bonus points for creating your account and special promotions! Plus, there's no limit to how many points you can earn. For a complete breakdown of all earning opportunities, please refer to the \"Ways To Earn\" section on this page.

*Reward Points cannot be earned on bullion purchases, sale items, or orders completed using Afterpay or Zip Pay.

These benefits grant you an opportunity to purchase highly limited-mintage items during a dedicated early time slot. This access is our way of rewarding your commitment to Direct Coins.

"},{"title":"Are there limits to the number of Collector's Edge Rewards points I can earn?","content":"

There's no limit to the amount of points you can earn through your purchases, so you can keep accumulating for bigger rewards! However, limits do apply on how many points can be earned from leaving reviews.

Store Reviews - Limit of 1 store review every month

Product Reviews - Limit of 2 product reviews per week

"},{"title":"Do my Collector's Edge Rewards points expire?","content":"

Yes, your Collector's Edge Rewards points will expire after 18 months of inactivity on your account. To keep your points active, simply make a purchase or earn points through other activities within that 18-month period.

"},{"title":"What do my Collector's Edge Rewards points statuses mean?","content":"

Your points will display one of three statuses for clear tracking:

Approved: These points are ready for immediate redemption on eligible rewards.

Pending: These points are awaiting verification. For points earned from orders, they will become Approved once your order is Fulfilled (Shipped).

Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. This occurs, for example, if a purchase is cancelled

"},{"title":"How do the tiered points work?","content":"

The higher your VIP status, the faster you earn points! Bronze customers earn 0.5 points per $1 spent, while Platinum Plus customers earn the maximum of 2 points per $1 spent.

"},{"title":" What are the specific discount coupon values I can redeem?","content":"

You can easily convert your points into clear discount coupons at the following tiers:

500 points = $5 off
1,000 points = $10 off
1,500 points = $15 off
2,000 points = $20 off

"},{"title":"What happened to my old points from the previous rewards program?","content":"

Rest assured, all your existing points have been successfully transferred to your new Collector's Edge Rewards account. The great news is that with our new redemption system, your transferred points are now worth almost double their previous value, giving you even more purchasing power for your loyalty!

"},{"title":"How do I check my current Collector's Edge Rewards points balance?","content":"

You can easily check your points balance in two ways:

Log in to your customer account on our website and navigate to The Collector's Edge Rewards section.
Visit The Collector's Edge Rewards Page directly.

"},{"title":"Does my early access guarantee I will secure the coin?","content":"

No, your early access is an opportunity, not a guarantee. On occasion, due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all purchases are subject to availability. The earlier your access, the better your chance, but high demand means items can still sell out quickly.

"},{"title":"Are the purchase limits different for each VIP tier?","content":"

Purchase limits are clearly detailed on the product page and apply to all collectors.
